Pray for Japan – LOS ANGELS Premiere
[Time] March 14, 2012 from 7pm to 9:30pm
[Location] AMC Del Amo 16 (Torrance)
This film focuses on four key perspectives of the tragedy – and with each perspective we meet victims who faced significant obstacles and fought to overcome them. through this film, the audience is able to understand the vast ramifications of this large-scale natural
disaster – and the battle these real-life heroes fought on behalf of their loved ones and their hometown. All the proceeds will be donated to JEN(NGO).
What is the most impressive for me in the film was…
the story of the experience that no nutrition and
the way of distribution when food supply came.
They couldn’t get water and food at all for 3-days after the earthquake.
on 14 March, they found 4 big bottle of water. (about 20L)
But insufficient…because there’s about 1,000 victims stay in the shelter.
so only old people, infants, children
and people who is in bad condition could drink it.
5 days after the disaster…
300 rice balls gave to the shelter, however
the leader didn’t provide them
until next additional rice balls had came
because people will have big complaint if there’s provision inequality.
I am so proud of this japanese soul.

HOPE victims’ life get better n better.
